RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept returns, however our number one priority is that you are happy with your new piece of jewelry. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about any aspect of a piece at inquiry@axoro.com. We are always happy to send additional photos and details prior to purchasing. If you have received your jewelry and have an issue with your piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
REPAIRS
We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. Please send us an email at inquiry@axoro.com with photos so we can assess and give you a quote for the repair cost. Please also refer to our jewelry care page for care and cleaning instructions.
