About Axoro

Axoro is a studio where jewelry becomes alive. We strive to create articulated pieces with intriguing motion, to play with color through enamel work and using various gemstones, and make pieces that inspire and tell a story. Although you might not see all of these pieces on our site yet, just know that there is more to come.

Since its conception, jewelry has always been a language between humankind and nature. Whether it was using leather, metal, stones, and later on technology and technique, jewelry will always be a reflection of culture, ancestry, geography, and mankind’s ability to find beauty and potential in nature. Jewelry gives us the ability to look at a gorgeous mountain or stream and have that beauty reflected in something that we can wear. It has always been an expression of something much greater. 

Perhaps the biggest realization I have had working in this industry has been that the people who say that they are not one to typically indulge in jewelry are the ones who understand the meaning behind it just as much as the avid collector. These are the people who will buy a ring in remembrance of a lost loved one, the people who will wear a necklace that has been passed down for generations, the people who will put on a piece and not feel like themselves if they take it off. Jewelry is a physical reminder of the things that make us who we are. 

Our jewelry is meant for anybody who wants to wear a story. It is meant for the collector and the self proclaimed non-jewelry people. Anybody who wants to reflect the beauty that they see in other people, places, or memories. Our language is the connection between each other and the things that we love.

When it comes to the style of our pieces, evolution and variety is the key. We are creating pieces that are inspired by iconic geographical locations, historical events and themes, and also the simplicity of nature and its inhabitants. We also believe in highlighting staple pieces and their importance in creating a foundation to any well curated collection. All of the pieces are cohesive with each other, yet different enough to be able to speak to a wide range of people. Our style goes hand in hand with our personality, kind and gentle, but we can’t help but stand out with our boldness. Always peaceful and always curious, we want to remind you to romanticize life.
